Her primary piano instructors have included Lois Nielson, Ruth Tomfohrde, and Abbey Simon, former chairman of the Juilliard Piano Department. She has directed and accompanied children and youth choirs for over thirty years. Previously, she has performed as lead keyboardist with the Plano Symphony and the Irving Arts Symphony and has played concerts in Europe, Canada, and throughout the United States. She currently serves as the Grammar School Music Director for the Covenant School of Dallas as well as the pianist at Providence Presbyterian Church.
