The Covenant School exists to glorify God by equipping students with the tools necessary to pursue a lifetime of learning so that they may discern, reason, and defend truth in service to our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Our leadership, faculty, and staff model a growing relationship with Christ, evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit and guided by godly wisdom. Our community lives from a biblical worldview and participates actively in a local church in the historic Christian tradition. We are all image-bearers of God and engage students, parents, and colleagues with humility, winsomeness, and wisdom. Our team honors God and others through humility, sacrifice, and service to build up Christ's Body. We assume the best and acknowledge the good of every student, parent, and colleague.

We are seeking a talented educational leader who will work closely with the Grammar School Head and with our experienced, talented faculty beginning in the Summer of 2027. Applications will be accepted through November 22, 2026.
