HIGHEST PRIORITY PROJECTS
NEXT STEPS
Accomplishing our Paving the Way Campaign goals in 2024-2025 paved the way to a safe and welcoming campus with the addition of a new parking lot, Security Welcome Center, enhanced fencing, expanded bleachers, field goal netting, and a new digital scoreboard on Frank Miller Field -- all as we welcomed Melissa Hill into her new role as Head of School.
The Frank Miller Field Turf Replacement Project
For the last two decades, Frank Miller Field has been the front porch of Covenant — a place where every student has run, played, prayed, competed, and grown. But turf must be replaced every ten years to ensure proper safety and performance due to wear and tear, heavy use, and UV sun exposure — and now it’s time to replace it. Frank Miller Field is not just a field, but a ministry tool. A place where faith, community, and future come together. Please prayerfully consider giving from the heart to replace the field.
Getting Ready for Grammar
Together, we can tackle the much larger and more complex Grammar School Building project. With the blessing of a strategic reserve for the planning and design phase of our Grammar Building, we have begun a thoughtful process to identify our needs and hire the right architect to guide the project.
To discuss the timing of the Grammar School Project or the Frank Miller Field Turf Replacement Project or to give, please contact Director of Development, Holly Hook, at 214-358-5818 ext. 4515 or [email protected].
Our current turf field has served us well for many years!
Frank Miller Field was the first permanent "structure" built out on our campus.
PAVING THE WAY- COMPLETED
In May 2025, we received all the funds needed for our $2.519M goal for 2024-2025! Praise God! The generosity of our community allowed to complete the following aspects of our campus master plan:
An East Parking Lot with about 70 additional parking spaces to accommodate visitors, student drivers, and a return of the "playground culture" where there is room to park and play on the playground while waiting for older children to come out of school.
Expanded Bleacher Space on Frank Miller Field to accommodate 400 more fans at games, for room for almost 1,000 fans, showing hospitality to our community and visitors.
A Security Welcome Center at the main (east) entrance where campus visitors are greeted and directed where appropriate.
New Scoreboard for Frank Miller Field to replace the original one, which served our school well for many years but was in dire need of replacement, as well as Field Goal Netting for both endzones.
