Covenant maintains a pool of qualified substitute teachers who are called upon to support our classrooms on an as-needed basis across our Grammar (K–5), Logic (6–8), and Rhetoric (9–12) Schools. Substitutes play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of our students' education and the tone of our community.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about working with students in a classical, Christian environment. An ideal substitute at Covenant is patient, dependable, and comfortable following a teacher's lesson plans while managing a classroom with confidence and care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred
  • Familiarity with classical or Christian education a plus
  • Must align with Covenant's Statement of Faith and mission
